Invictus at eleven

This month, Invictus Relocation in Portugal has celebrated 11 years in business.  Founder and CEO, Fabio Manuel, said “It’s a milestone that speaks not only to our journey but to the journeys of every entrepreneur who understands what it takes to build something lasting, something meaningful.”

Fabio also reflected on the recent passing of his father who, he said, was his compass and a great source of energy and strength to him.  “I am reminded of the countless sacrifices, the moments of doubt, and the immense endurance we must all possess as founders and leaders,” he said. “For we not only lead businesses; we also carry the weight of our dreams, along with the dreams of those who came before us and believed in us, those who have left us, and those who are with us in spirit every single day.” He also had a message for others who are leading companies. “I honour your strength and integrity. I know the quiet battles you fight, the difficult choices you make, and the incredible discipline you show in staying true to an ethical path. We endure setbacks, navigate scepticism, and withstand negativity, always striving to stay focused on our values, our mission, and the commitment to do good work. This journey isn’t easy, and it often requires us to be the very best of ourselves, even when it seems no one is watching. To hold on to hope when the deck is stacked against us.”
